Apple Is In Trouble With The MacOS Big Sur

Some MacBook Pro owners have stated that their devices get stuck on a black screen while installing the Big Sur update. MacBook Pro users of 2013 and 2014 are also unable to reset, when said black screen appears.

Technology giant Apple introduced the Apple M1 processor MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and Mac mini with the launch event it held last week. It also released Big Sur, the new MacOS operating system right after launch.

With the release of MacOS Big Sur, the first error reports have already begun to arise. Errors reported last week pointed to longer loading times and subsequent performance losses. But the errors that started to be reported over the weekend pose a bigger problem.

MacBook Pro owners of 2013 and 2014 stated that after the update, their devices remained on the boot screen and could not be recovered in any way. It should be noted that these models are the oldest models that support the Big Sur version. If you own a 2013 or 2014 MacBook Pro, you may want to wait a little longer to install the Big Sur update.

According to some users, this issue may be related to driver support. Reddit users, who stated that they have done research on the problem but have not reached a conclusion yet, said that they will contact Apple support about this issue. No statement has yet been issued by Apple regarding this problem.
