The Polish studio CD Projekt RED, the developer of Cyberpunk 2077, apologized to the players for the bugs and glitches. The players are very angry with the current state of the game. The developer team issued an apology for this.

Cyberpunk 2077 was released on December 10th and has been one of the most argued games on the internet. Unfortunately, many tons of bugs found in the game and it is not even working properly on the PS4. CD Projekt RED made its first statement on the subject.
