Charging Failure Issue On PS5 Game Handle DualSense
An issue related with the PlayStation 5 DualSense surfaced which prevents the device from charging when the PS5 is in sleep mode. But basically it is still unknown whether this was a deliberate limitation or a genuine issue. Sony‘s next-generation game console, PlayStation 5, is available in the US and a few countries as of last Thursday. The console will be available worldwide next Thursday. However, it seems that the launch period of the PlayStation 5 will be quite painful for Sony.
It was previously stated that some players are having issues with downloading or putting their Playstation 5 on sleep mode. New posts shared on social media platforms such as Twitter and Reddit for the last few days however, point to a different issue;Charging the DualSense. As you know, the new generation gamepad DualSense, designed by Sony for PlayStation 5, is a wireless controller with a rechargeable battery. Even when you are not using your PS5, you are able to charge the DualSense. It seems that this charging process will not be so easy for some gamers.
Gamers Are Not Happy With This Issue
Under normal circumstances, games put the console on sleep mode when they are no longer using the console. When the console in in sleep mode, players connect their gamepads for charging. However, according to the statements of some PlayStation 5 owners, DualSense charges for a minute when connected to the console while the PS5 is in sleep mode, and then it stops charging. It is not known whether the reason for the charging stop is a limit set by Sony or a bug is present in the PS5. For the time being, Sony has not made a statement regarding the situation in question. However, although the PlayStation 5 is available in only a few countries, an error is reported almost every day. It shows that Sony will be going through a very busy process in the next few weeks.
