The gameplay video for the PlayStation 5 version of DIRT 5 has been released. It shows detailed information on what features the game will have on PlayStation 5. The game will come with 120 FPS, 3D sound, and DualSense adaptive trigger support on PlayStation 5.
Codemasters director David Springate made important statements about the PlayStation 5 version of their new game Dirt 5. Which will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC as of tomorrow (November 6). Springate said that Dirt 5 will be able to be run at 120 FPS on PlayStation 5. Thus, racing game enthusiasts will have a much smoother experience on PlayStation 5 compared to PlayStation 4.
According to David Springate’s statements, the main difference between PS4 and PS5 versions will be the DualSense support in the PlayStation 5 version. DualSense’s adaptive triggers will provide different feedback to Dirt 5 players on different surfaces. Thus, players will clearly notice the difference between driving on the dirt and driving on asphalt.
Springate lastly stated that they have added 3D audio support to the game by using the Tempest 3D AudioTech engine for players who will play the game with headphones. Thus, players who will experience the game with headphones will be able to find an action-packed gaming experience as if racing in a real car.
