FIAT introduced its new B segment SUV car. The vehicle now has a temporary name and the drivers will decide on the name of the vehicle. As a result of the poll conducted by FIAT; the name with the highest vote will be the name of the vehicle.
FIAT has started an interesting survey in Brazil. The search for a name for the new B segment SUV model, currently called Progetto FIAT 363, has begun. FIAT has offered car enthusiasts three options for the model in question; and is asking them to choose one of them.
The name options offered by FIAT for the new compact crossover model are Tuo, Domo and Pulse. The name that will receive the most votes by drivers will be the official name of Progetto FIAT 363; which will be available in Brazil in September.
Progetto FIAT 363 comes with a new platform called “MLA“, instead of the MP1 platform of the Argo and Cronos models that are available for sale in Brazil. There is no information about the partnership between the two platforms. But FIAT claims that its new platform offers more performance, durability and comfort.
The Progetto FIAT 363 is expected to come with a 3-cylinder turbocharged 1.0-liter engine based on the 1.0 Firefly engine found in Argo. Another expectation is that the car, which is likely to come with a 6-speed automatic transmission, will offer 125 horsepower and 200 Nm of torque.
When we look at the design of the Progetto FIAT 363, we see that it has similarities from Argo and Cronos, but it has been updated in accordance with the compact SUV structure. The LED headlights and chrome strip extending across the headlights add a premium feel to the vehicle. As you can imagine, the similarities from Argo and Cronos will be a South American model of FIAT.
