Good news from Dying Light 2. The games which is developed by Techland and could be announced soon. Dying Light 2, which appeared before the players with a flashy and ambitious trailer at the E3 2018 conference for the first time, is still in development.

Taking advantage of the power of the name Chris Avellone, the game was postponed to an uncertain date in 2020. Techland parted ways with Avellone on charges of sexual abuse. Earlier this week, it was revealed that lead author Pawel Selinger parted ways with developer Techland. This is bad news for Dying Light 2, which still doesn’t have a new release date.

Lead Author Selinger on the LinkedIn page (via Gaming Route) said “After more than twenty-two years, I decided to end my collaboration with Techland. I thank the company that has allowed me to develop and realize myself for half my life. I will always wish the best for Techland. My wish is Dying Light 2 and subsequent projects to become a worldwide hit“.

The point that made us expect good news here was the representative’s statement; “We will share exciting news about Dying Light 2 soon”. It is an important detail that the Narrative Designer has been replaced before leaving his post.
