Hogwarts Legacy Postponed to 2022

Hogwarts Legacy, the new RPG game expected to be released in 2021, has been postponed to 2022. The producers of the company stated that they need to work a little more to give the players the best experience. As you know, some exciting games besides console were introduced at the launch event of PlayStation 5. Among these games, the most striking was the game named Hogwarts Legacy; which will take place in the Harry Potter universe.

Not long ago, a new trailer was released about the game and; shortly after that it was announced that Hogwarts Legacy will meet with gamers in 2021. Unfortunately, an announcement was made on the official Twitter account of the game that; Hogwarts Legacy was delayed to 2022.

In the official statement made, the producers of the game gave the following words; “We thank fans around the world for the positive response to the announcement of Hogwarts Legacy under the PortKey Games brand. As it is very important for us to create the best possible experience for all gamers and the Wizarding World; we decided to give the game the time needed. Hogwarts Legacy will be released in 2022. “

As a matter of fact, this game, which will be released in the RPG genre, will take place in the 1800s, far behind the original book series and Fantastic Beasts movies. This game, in which many historical secrets about the series will be revealed; will be played at Hogwarts, the school of witchcraft, as the name suggests though. Although the game was announced at the PlayStation 5 launch, it will also be playable on all other console and PC platforms.
