Given what is said to be ‘expected’ in the first half and second half of 2021, release dates may be delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.

After the news surfaced back in August, we already knew that Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart was a “launch window” PS5 game. However, Horizon: Forbidden West was announced that it would be released in 2021. This gives us a little more clarity as to when these two games may officially appear.

The news that Gran Turismo 7 will be released in the first half of 2021 was also leaked last week with a Canadian PlayStation advertisement. However, this is the first time we heard about the release date of Housemarque’s new shooter, Returnal, which appeared briefly in the PlayStation 5 promotional stream in June.
