Microsoft Announces Addressing Issues On Xbox Series X And Series S

Microsoft has officially confirmed that they are working on issues found on their new consoles Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. In addition, Microsoft stated that these problems are not caused by hardware. The company stated that the problem is an optimization problem. Last month, Microsoft introduced the new consoles Xbox Series X and Series S to its users. However, there were two major problems with these two consoles. Microsoft has officially confirmed that it is working on these two major problems.

On paper, the Xbox Series X looks much more powerful than its rival PlayStation 5. But when things went from theory to practice, the results were not so. Various games worked much better on PlayStation 5 than Xbox Series X. Microsoft mentioned the reason for this is not hardware and is due to optimization. Microsoft executive Jason Ronald attended the official Xbox podcast, hosted by Larry Hryb. Ronald said that the low performance experienced was due to errors in some cases. However, in some cases, he stated that this was due to a lack of experience with the platform.

Saying that they work very closely with the developers, Ronald said the developers want to offer a high-level experience just like theirs. Ronald also stated during the podcast that he was working on fixing problems with the Quick Resume feature. The Quick Resume was a feature that Microsoft also emphasized and had no substitute or alternative on PlayStation 5. However, considering the complaints, this feature does not work as it was intented. But, Ronald also says that studies on this issue are being carried out.
