South Korean technology giant Samsung has announced the date it will introduce the Exynos 2100 chipset, which will save the glory of Exynos processors. According to the information, the chipset is set to reveal on January 12, 2021. As a matter of fact, Samsung made a post three days ago that excited smartphone users. Users reacted as Exynos chipsets had lower performance compared to Snapdragon chipsets so far. Thus, the company announced that they admitted their mistakes and focused on developing a brand new mobile chipset.

Today, Samsung has officially announced the date to introduce the very new Exynos 2100. The company included the phrase “A brand new Exynos is coming” in its post. In addition, according to the announcement, the new chipset will be introduced on January 12, 2021. The slogan “Exynos is back” took place in the shared video.

New Chipset

Samsung‘s new chipset will appear in the Galaxy S21 series, which will release January, or specifically, January 14th. We have no verified information about the chipset to date. However, the familiar names of the mobile world shared some information about the chipset. IceUniverse stated that the Exynos 2100 chipset will be more powerful than Snapdragon‘s flagship chipset. The allegations pointed out that Samsung would use 5 nm architecture as in today’s flagship chipsets.

Again, according to the claims, Samsung will use the 1 + 3 + 4 core layout in the Exynos 2100 chipset. The processor will include an ARM X1 main core (2.91 GHz), three Cortex A78 performance cores (2.81 GHz) and 4 Cortex A-55 cores (2.21 GHz). In addition, Mali-G78 is also present in the graphics section of the chipset. Samsung‘s Exynos 2100 chipset will be included in the Galaxy S21 models sold in many parts of the world as usual.
