Spider-Man Game Saves Can Now Be Imported To PS5

Developer firm Insomniac Games has released support for transferring Marvel’s Spider-Man game saves from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5. With the update released, 3 costumes in the Remastered version were also added to the original game. Sony‘s next-generation game console, PlayStation 5, was recently launched all over the world. The save files of some PlayStation 4 games could not be transferred to the PlayStation 5 before. It caused an uproar among the gamers. Making a statement after the reactions, Sony mentioned that the developers decided to allow save transfer from PS4 to PS5.

Insomniac Games stated that after Sony‘s announcement, they are working on the transmission of recording files for Spider-Man between generations. However, it made it available in a patch released last weekend. Insomniac Games Community Manager James Stevenson made a statement on Twitter about the posted update. According to the statement, Stevenson said that “you should use the PS4 game to export your recordings” to clear the question marks and guide gamers. Also, Stevenson, Remastered, cannot see a record until it’s exported from PS4. This is the way “he said. Also, Stevenson said, “Remastered can’t see a recording until it’s exported from PS4. That’s the way.”

The update released includes various additional fixes, including ‘rest mode crash’. also, support for transferring recordings from PS4 to PS5. It should also be noted that three new costumes from the same Spider-Man Remastered have been added to the original game with the update.
