Starlight Nintendo Switch Gaming Stations For Hospitals

Developed in partnership with Starlight’s Children and Nintendo; Starlight Nintendo Switch game stations are now in hospitals all around the USA. Starlight Nintendo Switch gaming stations for hospitals.

The Starlight Children’s Foundation and Nintendo of America have established a partnership since 1992. The Starlight Children’s Foundation has been providing games to hospital children to reduce the harshness of the hospital environment since 1982. This partnership enabled the creation of Starlight Nintendo Switch gaming stations. The two companies have delivered more than 7,200 Starlight play stations to hundreds of hospitals in North America for an estimated 11.6 million sick children.

Previous Nintendo consoles and their games including SNES, Nintendo 64, Nintendo GameCube, Wii, and Wii U systems are also in the station. Each station has 25 preloaded games, including Super Mario Party and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. They are Built to meet strict infection safety protocols. In addition, the devices are portable enough to travel anywhere in the hospital.
