According to Apple; “Developers who want to access the completeness refresh rate for the iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 Pro Max models; can seamlessly use the CADisplayLink and CAAnimation features by adding the ‘CADisableMinimumFrameDurationOnPhone’ key to the Info.plist”
